Bonus Tip: Keep your phone within 10 feet of the dash cam for a strong connection.

Accessing and Managing Recordings:

  • Download Videos:
Open "Device Albums" in the app.
Select the video(s) you want and tap the download icon.
Videos will be saved to your phone's local album.
  • Directly from Camera:
Switch to playback mode on the dash cam itself.
            Navigate to the desired video.
  • Using a Computer:
Remove the SD card from your dash cam.
Use a card reader to access the files on a computer.

Troubleshooting:

Live video not working? Check if cellular data is off and local network permissions are enabled for the Azdome app.
Phone slower with app open? Camera controls and WiFi connection limit some phone functions. Disconnect from WiFi for full phone access.
App keeps disconnecting? Ensure you're within 10 feet of the dash cam and avoid interference from other devices.

That's it! Now you can easily connect your Azdome dash cam to your phone, view live footage, and manage your recordings.
